The Next Chapter

It has been quite some time since I last logged in here. A very long time. In fact, the last time I posted anything here, I was in my senior year of high school. Indeed, much has happened since then. In truth, only three years have past, though it feels to me like a lifetime ago. Many have told me in my life that the person who goes into college is completely different from the one who comes out. Many wise people, in fact. Unfortunately, we really can never truly understand this until we go through it ourselves, and in my case, I've changed quite a bit since graduation. I've experienced many things, some good, some bad. I've grown as a person, and I would even go as far to say that I've gained a deeper insight as to what it means to be an adult. I'm no longer an innocent young boy anymore. Though I can't say that even with all that I've learned, I have become a man. As sad as I am to say this, I did stop writing for a time. Even though I have picked it back up again (thankfully) and have started to write and create, my style seems to have changed. In the coming weeks and months, I will post some of my recent works and I hope that you can understand what I mean. Maybe as time goes on I can tell my story, through the good and the bad, all while entertaining you with literature in between. We shall see what the future holds. I've closed the chapter on my past and am now working on moving forward. To any who read this, I hope that while you walk with me, for as brief or as long as you choose, you enjoy yourself. You learn from me, from my mistakes and accomplishments. This is my next chapter in the great adventure of life. Have fun, enjoy the ride.
